self moving a kidney shaped baby grand piano

I have been looking for a piano board used for moving these but can't find one.

I would like to build my own but again no plans that I can find can you at least show me what they look like I can not afford $1500 to move my piano but am not willing to give it up and it is keeping me from moving...

I am trying to find plans to move a kidney shaped baby grand piano I can not afford the 1500 to have it moved an I refuse to give it up I can get lots of help to move it on both ends of the trip but need to make the trolly/board to move it... an I am wondering if there is somewhere I could get a vido of moving the piano to show the guys that will be helping me,, also I am wondering if I can move it in a pickup as long as it is well strapped down and protected from the weather this will be a one day move so it will not have to be in the truck an I can pick out good weather to do this...
