Avoid piano denting the floor

by Carol Ravelli
(Elwood, N.J.)

We are trying to move our baby grand piano across the room. we put 2 thicknesses of cardboard under the wheels and it still put a permanent indention into out new hardwood floors. We need to move it back again and we dont know how to avoid additional indentions from the wheels or what to put under the wheels when it is in its correct position. Is there anything that we can buy?

Reply:

You need Caster Cups... which should be available from all good home improvement stores.
